We have been delivering classes for the older adult for almost 20 years, and have a reputation of delivering high quality, enjoyable, worthwhile classes and activities for our older customers.
Our ActiveAge programme is aimed at those 55 and over, and encapsulates the best components from our main programme and tailors it specifically to the needs of participants. We use a unique blend of exercise classes, courses and gym sessions to add variety and create interest in what we deliver.
Participants are encouraged to work at their own pace, to make the sessions as strenuous or easy as they wish, to achieve the numerous positive health benefits from exercising on a regular basis.
By stimulating your physical, mental and social well-being, the following can be experienced:

Our programme is also known for it’s great social side - at the end of each exercise class there is the opportunity for ‘tea and a chat’ with fellow members. You are also invited to attend the excursions and lunches organised by us throughout the year. Information regarding individual trips is given out during the classes.
