The GUSA Ball

Formally known as the Annual Awards Dinner and Dance, it is undoubtedly the highlight of the GUSA Calendar. It brings everyone involved in sport at the University of Glasgow together for a night of fun and frolics.

It is, of course, a black tie affair, as we like to scrub up at least once a year for a fancy do instead of kicking about in sports kit all the time!

On a serious note, it is held to celebrate the sporting achievements of the previous season and to award Blues, Half Blues and the Awards to the successful individuals and clubs. We had an extremely high standard of Blues and Award Winners this year – please check the Blues & Awards page for more details on the successful athletes and clubs.

This year’s GUSA Ball was held on Sat 16th Feb at the Thistle Hotel in Glasgow.
