Offers a deep tissue massage to treat muscular problems of any origin. Sports massage is particularly effective for injuries such as Tennis/Golfer’s Elbow, Frozen Shoulder, Runners Knee or other repetitive strain injuries sustained during physical activities such as sport or household tasks. It can speed up recovery time, reduce (re-)injury times and improve performance levels.

We now have 2 sports massage clinics at our facilities - one is based in 64 Oakfield Avenue and the other is based out at Garscube Sports Complex. Both clinics are run by different therapists - customers are asked to choose the therapist that is more convenient for them and continue with them throughout their treatment.
