Affiliated Student Sports Clubs

We have a huge and diverse range of student sports clubs; there are 46 GUSA affiliated and SRS supported student sports clubs. Please browse the list of sports. You never know one of them could be for you!

Who Can Join

An unique aspect of student club sport at University is that they are run by students and primarily for students. Although staff and other non-student members are usually welcomed with open arms pressures of capacity will mean that students have the priority.

Support for affiliated clubs.

GUSA and the SRS provide clubs with significant support. Official clubs get direct finance and travel support from GUSA and facilities, administration support from the SRS. We are both committed to constantly developing the club sport experience.

Other sports clubs

There is a range of other University student and or staff sports clubs. Although we don’t manage or support these clubs directly they offer further opportunities for students and staff to participate in sport. Click on the club for a direct link to their web sites.

Please note the process for becoming a club is currently under review for season 07/08.

For more information on how to become a club please contact the Vice President Clubs, Euan Miller
