Muay Thai or ‘thai boxing’ is a practical and exciting martial art, involving punching, kicking, knees and elbows. The class has a perfect blend of fitness and technique, meaning that it’s a great workout for complete beginners and seasoned fighters alike.
As its name suggests, the style was developed in Thailand centuries back, however it’s still very popular today due to:
